Terms of Membership

I confirm that I have never been charged or convicted of animal cruelty or neglect, and I am not currently involved in any unresolved issues involving animal cruelty, neglect, or with clients regarding the care of their pets. I am in good standing with all relevant animal-related industry organizations. I certify that the information provided in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

Background Check Consent:

I hereby agree to undergo a background check as part of the membership application process. I understand that this may include verification of criminal records and other applicable investigations to ensure compliance with the standards of the TPPGA.

I understand that membership is non-transferable, and any falsified statements or information may result in the revocation of my membership. By signing this application, I agree to abide by the "TPPGA Code of Ethics." Any violation of the Code of Ethics may lead to the suspension or revocation of my membership.

Membership Termination:
Membership may be terminated in the following ways:

  • Resignation: Any member in good standing may resign from the association by providing written notice to the Corresponding Secretary.
  • Lapsing: Membership will be considered lapsed and automatically terminated if dues remain unpaid 30 days after the renewal date.
  • Expulsion: The board may vote to expel a member due to a violation of the Code of Ethics.
